Submitting a message, requesting a consultation, or requesting a website review does not create a paid contract. Any professional engagement begins only when both parties have agreed the scope, fees, and timeline in writing.

Complimentary website reviews or introductory meetings, where offered, are provided to help you understand possible issues and options. They do not constitute a guarantee of security, performance, ranking, or commercial outcome. A follow-up meeting does not require you to purchase services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, or using it to send unsolicited communications.
